End-to-end integration of Bitrix24, 1C, and WhatsApp. Comprehensive automation of data transfer and communications to create a unified digital environment for sales management and accounting.
Project objective
The primary goal of the project was to automate data exchange between 1C and Bitrix24 to eliminate manual entry and ensure process transparency from lead to payment. The team analyzed requirements, formalized functional tasks, assessed key performance indicators (KPIs), and configured sales funnels within the CRM system. Information regarding clients and deals resided in Bitrix24, while finances and warehouses were in 1C, and communication took place via WhatsApp. Managers spent up to 2 hours a day manually transferring data between systems, leading to order errors, shipping delays, and increased accounts receivable due to untimely payment tracking.
Solution
We implemented a data transfer mechanism from 1C to the CRM, enabling the display of real-time order statuses and PDF invoices directly within the Bitrix24 interface. Managers can now view up-to-date warehouse stock levels, shipment history, and all financial documents. To integrate the messenger, we developed a server-side solution that transmits messages to the CRM via webhooks upon detecting a commercial inquiry. Additionally, we implemented a payment analyzer from 1C and configured user mapping to ensure deals are accurately assigned to the correct employees.
Results
As a result of the implementation, manual data transfer was completely eliminated, minimizing human error and ensuring the automatic creation of lead cards from the messenger. The sales department gained the ability to promptly track payments and work with 1C documents directly within the CRM interface. Order processing time was reduced from 3 hours to 40 minutes, representing a 65% time saving, while the number of operational errors decreased by 90%. At the same time, the response speed to incoming WhatsApp inquiries improved from several hours to just 5–10 minutes.
