"Incident Analysis" web service for project risk assessment, data visualization, and internal analytics for Aris, integrating pre-built mathematical models.

The primary objective was to develop "ASUR," an integrated web service designed to automate project risk analysis and management within the company’s Iris-managed ecosystem. The project required implementing a mechanism for automated, periodic data collection and processing using customizable calculators and pre-built mathematical models. A key goal was ensuring seamless integration of analysis results into a BI system to visualize analytical metrics and support data-driven management decisions based on project risks.

The project was commissioned by a leading Russian retailer requiring specialized software to support its commercial operations. The system is designed for risk calculation and incident monitoring, integrating expertise in Cybersecurity (CyberSec), Risk Management, and Data Analytics and Visualization.

We developed specialized software that integrates expertise in cybersecurity, risk management, data analytics, and visualization. The system’s primary function is to calculate risks and monitor incident frequency.

As a technical solution, we developed a web service using Python, the Django framework, and Celery. The platform’s functionality enables risk analysis, tabular data analytics, and visualization, leveraging pre-built mathematical models. To ensure full adoption within the client’s infrastructure, we implemented seamless integration with the Keycloak authorization service and the 'Iris' internal system.

The product implementation automated incident analysis, leading to a significant reduction in risks and enhanced project management efficiency. Key technological features are fully operational, with the system’s data visualization and model-based analytics providing exceptional value to the client
