The Intelligent Lead Parser is a YandexGPT-based solution for automatically converting messenger messages into ready-made Bitrix24 deals.
Project objective
The primary objective of the project was the deep automation of the inbound inquiry processing workflow, the volume of which had reached a critical level for manual management and began to hinder corporate sales growth. Up to 30 potential orders were lost daily because managers physically could not keep up with manually monitoring chats, extracting contact information, and creating CRM profiles. Response times ranged from 8 to 24 hours, resulting in the loss of clients to more agile competitors.
Solution
We developed a specialized service that receives messages from messengers and sends them to a server for analysis by the YandexGPT neural network. Each message is analyzed by the neural network for key intents ("looking for a supplier," "price," "buy"). The system extracts the core of the request, contact details, company, and product, packages them into a structured format, and transfers them to Bitrix24, where a lead and a deal with pre-filled fields are instantly created.
Results
The automation of the initial sales funnel stage eliminated operational downtime and ensured the scalability of inbound traffic processing for large-scale business. The company received a reliable tool that transforms chaotic messenger communications into structured data, saving time. A lead is now created in the CRM in 2 minutes instead of 8 hours. The share of captured and processed potential clients from messengers has increased by 40%. The system consistently handles peak loads of up to 1,000+ messages per day.
