AI-Powered Resume Parser (YandexGPT)

The Intelligent HH Parser is a recruitment automation solution that leverages the YandexGPT neural network to instantly transform PDF resumes into structured candidate profiles within Bitrix24, completely eliminating manual data entry.

The primary goal of the project was to significantly accelerate and simplify the process of importing "cold" and "warm" resumes into the corporate database. Prior to the implementation of this solution, recruitment specialists were forced to manually open PDF files and transfer information into HRMS profiles. An average monthly volume of 500-700 resumes from HeadHunter and other sources resulted in substantial time losses up to 40 minutes per resume along with human errors and a delayed response time to top-tier candidates.

To automate data entry, we developed a specialized secure web interface functioning through an API. The process is organized such that after a PDF file is uploaded, the system extracts the text with 95% accuracy and passes it to YandexGPT for data analysis and structuring. The resulting JSON data package is automatically sent to Bitrix24, where a complete candidate profile is generated with all necessary fields.

The implementation of this functional tool has reduced time-to-hire and mitigated the risk of losing top candidates due to slow response times. Now, the recruiter's workflow is simplified to just uploading a file and clicking "Submit," which has led to a 40% reduction in manual labor costs and doubled the speed of initial candidate processing and corporate database population.
